We use King Arthur unbleached, unbromated flour!

Pies
Seasonal fruit pies available year round. Order ahead please. We offer hand pies and tarts daily in the bakery.
Blueberry, 4 berry, Apple, Pecan or Chocolate Pecan, Lemon cream with saltine crust.
Cookies
We have cookies available daily.
Chocolate chip (Ghiradelli!), Espresso shortbread. Orders welcome for something other than what we have daily.
Lemon Squares
We have lemon squares and double chocolate brownies daily. Fruit bars and macaroons are available for orders.
